ProEdge integrates Azure cognitive services (OpenAI): A giant leap forward in AI-powered learning

We are thrilled to announce the integration of Azure Cognitive Services (OpenAI) into ProEdge, a PwC product. This means that not only do we offer AI and generative AI (GenAI) upskilling courses, but our product is now powered by OpenAI. As part of PwC, we are committed to bringing the latest AI technologies to our users, making sure they have the most appropriate learning experience possible.

This integration aligns with PwC's substantial $1B investment in AI, solidifying ProEdge as a leader in AI-powered learning. Introducing two new features: Deep Search and Knowledge Check. By leveraging AI technologies, ProEdge offers personalized and effective learning journeys, catering to individual preferences and learning styles.

Deep Search (Beta release*): With Deep Search, learners can directly pose questions and receive precise answers, reducing search time and enhancing the learning experience. Leveraging generative AI techniques, our search feature provides human-like intelligent responses, making learning more enriching and effective. Similar to how Google and Bing have built in features, the users are getting familiar with this way of searching.

By adding this to ProEdge we are moving with the changing behaviors of users. Deep Search utilizes ProEdge's holistic content packages and access control to deliver relevant and consistent answers. By integrating Azure Cognitive Services (OpenAI), ProEdge can provide a seamless and intuitive search experience, empowering learners to find information quickly and effortlessly.

Knowledge Check (Beta release*): How often do you learn something and then forget it? This happens because of a key aspect of learning called active recall. Active recall can help you remember things for longer periods. We are introducing Knowledge Check, which asks simple questions on a regular basis to remind you and help improve your long-term memory. Powered by GenAI, Knowledge Check can also provide personalized content recommendations to reinforce and add to your learnings.
